This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. HotInvestments is designed to be GDPR- and CCPA-compliant and collects the minimum personal data needed to operate.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, optional phone), saved searches and favorites, listings you create, and messages you send to connect with sellers or agents. We do not collect payment information because we do not process payments.

How we use it

To power search and alerts, deliver notifications you opt into (email and browser push), verify sellers, and keep the marketplace safe. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Contact privacy@hotinvestments.app.

Third parties

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, and maps. Listing data may originate from MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and partner feeds, subject to their terms.
