Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sellers must confirm ownership or agent affiliation before listing. Fraudulent listings, scraping, and abuse are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Listings & content

Sellers grant HotInvestments a license to display submitted listings and photos. You may deactivate your listing at any time, removing it from public search. Aggregated third-party listings remain subject to their source terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. HotInvestments is not liable for decisions made using the HOT Score or any listing data. See our Disclaimer.

Reporting & moderation

Users may flag listings for fraud or inappropriate content. We review reports and may remove listings or ban users for repeated violations.
